I need to cancel my booking; what’s your policy?

Our booking deposits are not refundable, and if you cancel your booking within eight weeks of arrival, the balance remains due unless we can re-let your space. This is because we’re a small business and have to plan carefully, according to the level of bookings we have.

This policy applies for cancellations caused by weather, illness and other factors, which is why we strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance, as you would for any holiday. There’s full information on the booking pages or in our Terms & Conditions, which you’ll be asked to read and accept on booking.
